RoboStone - Robotic Sculpting System

RoboStone Robotic Sculpting System is devoted to meet the purpose of the professional stone worker. Once can realise bass-reliefs, profiling with the use of saw blades up to 28", tri-dimensional milling and engraving. The workspace of this machine is 9ft high, 19ft diameter, allowing to manufacture statues, columns, bass-relief, fireplaces, etc in just one placement. In addition to the supplied software, our 3D programming system allows to work on graphical files or to import 3D shapes from a scanner to obtain the robot toolpath in a few minutes.

RoboStone - Robotic waterjet / saw cutting system

Introducing the the RoboStone robotic waterjet / saw cutting system for stone fabricators.
RoboStone is a cutting system for natural stone (ex: granite, marble, and solid surface). Integrating a waterjet and saw in one machine produces a finished cut product, no need to have the pieces cut on any other machine. The 16" saw will cut all straight lines and the waterjet is used for radius, sink, faucet and inside corners. RoboStone was engineered to maximize the most out of the material, ensuring waste minimization. Utilizing a double table cutting system allows for maximum productivity and shorter times for loading and unloading slabs. The system accepts DXF files and there is no programming to be done at the robot, from similuation to the final steps in our custom CAM Software RoboMagic makes the process very easy to use. This technolgy has been the driving force for many fabricators worldwide since 1996 and is a true solution to lower labor costs and increased production.
